For Kerri's second challenge she chose neon!
Neon is so fun, especially for summer. I used Sinful Colors Neon Mellon for the base of this polish, and I used black acrylic paint for the black markings on my nails.
My nail broke down to the quick, and I had to clip them all down. :( Hopefully by the time I am back from my vacation they will have grown out some, so that they are not so far down the edge of my nail. I don't mind nubbins, but the one nail that broke super far down hurts a little. :(
